Meet the Team

Emma, The Business Centre's Manager, oversees the running of the centre, organising the administration, events and enquiries of the many businesses who utilise the facilities at the centre.

Dale, The Business Centre's Conference Co-ordinator, assists Emma with various operations at the centre, including invoicing, enquiries and other administrative tasks linked to the many businesses.

Lynne, The Business Centre's Head Receptionist, with the assistance of Sharon and Sandra, manages all reception services for over 50 Serviced Offices and a large number of Virtual office customers.

Sarah is the newest addition to our Reception team here at The Business Centre. She works with Lynne in the afternoons, managing the busy Reception desk and meeting and greeting our clients.

Karen has joined our reception team, where she works with Lynne and Sarah. Her role involves answering the phone, greeting people that come into The Business Centre (Cardiff), sending emails, sorting the post and any general ad hoc duties that need doing.

Completing our Office Mascot duo is Elton. He is a precious little furbaby who knows how to turn any day at TBC into one that is fun, warm and filled with joy. He loves cuddles from his human friends, who look forward to seeing him during a long and busy day at work. His charming personality makes working at TBC super special, and his playful energy is an instant stress reliever.

One part of our little Office Mascot duo, Benji The Sausage, has the very important job of making us all smile at The Business Centre. He has a knack for turning even the dullest of days into one that’s cheerful and bright, thanks to his lovable and friendly spirit. Everyone who meets our playful furbaby falls in love with his adorable personality, sweet eyes and cute wagging tail that lets the doting humans around him know how happy he is to see them.
