Changes in employment law
Peninsula and The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd will be teaming up to organise a fantastic event to help you prepare your business for the changes in employment law coming in 2017. April is a busy time for your HR department but this year will see some of the biggest changes to employment law in decades, with the most significant development being the introduction of the Gender Pay Gap reporting duty for larger employers. However, there will be a number of key changes affecting all employers from small to large businesses in areas relating to pensions, immigration and the national living wage for over-25s increasing to £7.50.
In order to prepare you for these changes, we will be hosting a collection of speaker events which will bring together some of the UK’s top experts on employment law and Human Resources.
