Here at The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd, we have tried to make everything as simple as possible with everything you could need from a serviced office, virtual office or co-working office all rolled into one monthly price. However, below are some of our more frequently asked questions in case anything isn’t clear. Plus, feel free to contact our friendly team if you would like to know anything else!

Co-working and Shared Office Space Frequently Asked Questions

How secure is my office equipment in the shared office?

Within the shared office you will enjoy your own ‘pod’ which has a desk, lockable drawers, dedicated telephone line and internet connection. You will have your own key to the office, however, please be aware there may be up to three other occupiers of the office. Whilst we take security of the whole building seriously with CCTV cameras operating 24 hours a day, we cannot be held responsible for items left on desks or in unlocked drawers. Ultimately you are responsible for your own equipment.

How quickly can I move in?

Our shared offices are very popular with freelancers and small business owners where working from home is simply not an option. If space is available you can move in as soon as we have received your initial payment and completed all the necessary paperwork.

What’s the minimum term I will need to sign for and do I need to provide any cancellation notice?

At The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd we specialise in flexible monthly, rolling, shared office agreements with 1 month’s notice to be given to cancel the agreement.

What packages are available to me?

We can provide a co-working office business package fully inclusive of a registered office address, mailing address and call answering facilities. For more information please view our Co-working Spaces page.

How does the telephone answering work?

We will provide you with your own dedicated business telephone number which connects to our professional team of receptionists who will then answer your calls as your business, which provides a point of contact to all your clients. We can take a message and relay this to you via email or alternatively, we can act as a switchboard and provide a seamless transfer service to an alternative telephone number.
