Lynne, Head Receptionist at The Business Centre, celebrates her amazing 15 year work anniversary with us! We’re delighted to have had Lynne on-board with us for all of this time and we’re looking forward to celebrating another 15 years with her!
We decided that this would be the perfect opportunity to steal Lynne away from her work for five minutes to find out more about her and her typical day.
Lynne is a busy lady, fitting as much into the day as she can. Every day starts at 7am with a walk for her ten year old shihitzu, Lou. She takes Lou across Pencoedtre Fields every morning, spending twenty minutes exploring. Then she gets ready for a busy day at The Business Centre, Lynne is Head Receptionist for the whole of The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd and has Sandra and Sarah working alongside her in this very busy role. The reception team at the Business Centre receive and signpost calls and messages for over 50 serviced offices, as well as handling the calls and enquiries for an increasingly growing, large number of virtual office customers. Lynne and her team receive all the calls, answering each one personally and taking messages for the clients.
Lynne, Sarah and Karen are the key faces for all of the clients of The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd as well as the clients of the conference and meeting room facilities. The reception teams’ welcoming smiles and friendly meet & greet is one of the first things our clients and potential partners see on their way in!
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys a balance of exercise and socialising with her friends, Lynne is a keen yoga enthusiast, as well as always making time for a workout in the gym. Although she also loves a good catch up with her friends, especially the friends that she’s made here at The Business Centre! When we asked Lynne what she liked most about her job she didn’t hesitate to say it was the warm, friendly atmosphere of The Business Centre and all of it’s customers.
We just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Lynne and show her how much we’ve appreciated her hard work over the past 15 years! Thank you Lynne! We hope that you’ll continue to bring your lovely smile to The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd for another ten years!
