Emma Mason

An insight into our Centre Manager, Emma
My role as the Centre Manager is to ensure that all aspects of the business are achieving their goals and objectives. I do this by leading and managing a team of people as well as working with the directors to ensure that our future business goals are achieved.
In October 2018, I completed my Apprenticeship in Management Level 3 and that was a really proud moment for me!
I enjoy building great relationships with my clients and the feel as though you are part of a small community in the centre. I also enjoy the dynamic nature of my role including the challenges I face daily.
I enjoy building great relationships with my clients, I really feel like we're a community in the centre.
As centre manager I am also responsible to ensure that legislation and red tape is adhered too, as a result I have to complete more paperwork!
My typical busy day starts with arriving at the centre for around 8am to prepare paperwork and organise my diary for the day ahead. On a busy day, I usually have a meeting or two to attend in the morning, to discuss various aspects of the business. I then split my time for the rest of the day between sales, marketing and viewings of the centre. Being in a management role, each day can be completely different, however I am always guaranteed to be faced with a challenge!
