An insight into our Operations Assistant, Karen

Hello, I’m Karen, and I support Emma, our Centre Manager, with the day-to-day running of The Business Centre. My role is varied, from handling invoicing, answering enquiries and managing administration to preparing offices and setting up meeting rooms. I also help resolve client queries and make sure everything is ready to keep the Centre running smoothly. I enjoy the variety of my role and being able to help others, with a friendly approach and, of course, always a big smile.
