Hello, I’m Lynne, the Head Receptionist at The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd. I lead a dedicated team of receptionists who handle calls and messages for over 50 serviced offices, as well as for our growing number of virtual office clients. We pride ourselves on being the friendly, welcoming faces of The Business Centre, ensuring each call is answered personally and every client is greeted warmly. Our goal is to create a positive first impression for all our clients and visitors, whether they’re here for serviced offices or our conference and meeting room facilities.
