To Kick-off this month we’ll be talking to Paul at Pier Consulting, for whom 2016 has been a record year. Not only have they been nominated for a place on the 2016 Fast Growth 50 List , but they have also been nominated as one of the fastest growing Welsh firm in recruitment services 2016. You could say that its been a record year.

We were able to take Paul Ingram MD of Pier Consulting away from his telephone for a 5-minute cuppa and chat, and to find out a bit more about what has contributed to this year’s success.
The Business Centre: It must be really exciting to have your achievements being recognised in such a big way in 2016?
Paul: Definitely, we’re really excited about the achievements and are so thrilled that we’ve been nominated! We’re really looking forward to the 21 October where The Fast Growth 50 project will be holding its 18th Fast Growth 50 Gala Dinner, it will be hosted by Sian Lloyd from BBC News and the keynote speaker will be the Secretary of State for Wales, the Rt. Hon Alun Cairns MP!
The Business Centre: What do you think has played a role in your success and really contributed towards 2016 being such a great year for you?
Paul: We try to approach every new opportunity in the same way that we deliver a fantastic service to our clients, by combining our can do approach to recruitment along with a solid base of expertise dating back 50 years. or something?
The Business Centre: What do you think 2017 has in store for Pier Consulting?
Paul: We’re going to strive to continue to provide an excellent service to our clients and continue to put the best candidates in the housing and construction sector in touch with some of the biggest names in the industry. Plus, getting nominated for the 2017 Fast Growth 50 List wouldn’t go amiss…
