Meet the Team

Emma oversees the running of the centre, organising the administration, events and enquiries of the many businesses who utilise the facilities at the centre.

Alison assists Emma with various operations at the centre, including invoicing, enquiries and other administrative tasks linked to the many businesses.

Lynne manages all reception services for over 50 Serviced Offices and a large number of Virtual office customers.

Sarah works with Lynne in the afternoons, managing the busy Reception desk and meeting and greeting our clients.

Karen's role involves answering the phone, greeting people who come into The Business Centre (Cardiff), sending emails, sorting the post, and any general ad hoc duties that need doing.

Our Office Mascot Elton. He is a precious little furbaby who knows how to turn any day at TBC into one that is fun, warm and filled with joy.

Our office Mascot Benji The Sausage, has the very important job of making us all smile at The Business Centre.
