What size meeting room space is available at The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd?

Our meeting & boardroom facilities range from 2 people up to 16 people. Perfect for interviewing, small team meetings, training days and networking.

Where are your meeting room facilities based?

The Business Centre (Cardiff) Ltd is situated in the Vale of Glamorgan, 15 minutes away from Junction 33 at Culverhouse Cross. We have excellent public transport links as well as being located 20 minutes away from Cardiff City Centre and 10 minutes from Penarth. We are perfectly situated to ensure that you won’t need to sit in busy traffic commuting to the city centre on a daily basis.

How much would a meeting room cost?

Our meeting room facilities start from £12.50+VAT per hour with half day and full day discounts also availble. Beverages and buffets are additional to the hourly rates. These can be discussed upon request with a member of staff.

What is included in my meeting room experience?

With our meeting room experience you receive the following:

How much notice do I need to give to make or cancel the meeting room booking?

Subject to availability, we can take bookings up to one hour before the need to occupy the space. Our meeting rooms are extremely flexible with only a 24 hour cancellation notice policy in place.

Is the meeting room available to the public?

Yes. The meeting room is not only available to our tenants, any business outside The Business Centre can book the space. This makes it an ideal option for small and medium-sized businesses that are looking for an affordable way to gather their team or other businesses looking for a dynamic change from their regular meeting spot.

If I need food and beverages during a meeting, is this available?

Of course! We understand that meetings, conferences or any other gatherings can take time. So if you’re hiring our meeting room for a couple of hours, you’d be relieved to know that we have an onsite cafe that can cater your event with delicious homemade meals and refreshments.

Can I look forward to any complementary items?

We don’t disappoint! We go the extra mile to make you feel special, that’s why we’ve thrown in free teabags, squash, mints and sweets. Plus, we supply mugs for your hot drinks and glasses and jugs for water.
